The SCOR Foundation is proud to support Marie-Pier Bergeron Boucher’s work on forecasting mortality. This is an important subject for the insurance sector – and beyond – as populations around the world age. The objective of the project is to develop more accurate models to forecast mortality by cause of death and disability level, within a CoDA framework. As its name indicates, the objective of the SCOR Corporate Foundation for Science is to support scientific research.
